The process
Choose a time that suits you. We'll confirm your skin type, discuss your goals and answer any questions before your first treatment.
Your practitioner arrives at your home with our portable clinical-grade diode laser — the same technology used in leading UK clinics.
Most sessions take 20–60 minutes depending on the area. Our device includes integrated cooling to keep you comfortable throughout.
A full course of 6–8 sessions delivers up to 90% permanent hair reduction. We'll space your treatments to match your hair growth cycle.

Client stories
"Honestly didn't think mobile laser would be as good as a clinic. It was better. The device was clearly professional-grade and the practitioner was really thorough."
"As someone with darker skin I was nervous about finding a practitioner who knew what they were doing. These guys clearly did. Third session in and the results are already obvious."
"I've got a toddler and getting to a clinic felt impossible. Having the treatment done at home in the evening while my husband did bedtime was genuinely a game-changer."
Questions answered
Yes. We use the same clinical-grade diode laser technology found in leading UK aesthetics clinics. The device and treatment protocols are identical — the only difference is that we bring the equipment to you. Results are entirely comparable to in-clinic treatment.
Our diode laser is effective across a wide range of skin tones, including deeper skin types (Fitzpatrick IV–VI) that older IPL technology struggled with. It works best on dark, coarse hair. Very fine, blonde, red or grey hair has limited pigment for the laser to target, so results may be less predictable — we'll give you an honest assessment at your patch test.
Most clients achieve their desired results in 6–8 sessions. Hair grows in cycles, and laser is only effective during the active growth phase — so sessions need to be spaced 6–8 weeks apart to catch each cycle. Our course packages are designed around this. Some clients may need a top-up session or two after their course, which we offer complimentarily.
Our device has an integrated contact cooling system that makes treatment considerably more comfortable than older laser and IPL machines. Most clients describe the sensation as a warm snap — tolerable and brief. Sensitivity varies by area; the bikini line and upper lip tend to be more sensitive than legs or underarms.
Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your session — do not wax, thread or use depilatory cream in the 4 weeks prior, as these remove the hair root that the laser targets. Avoid sun exposure and fake tan for 2 weeks beforehand. We'll send you a full pre-treatment guide when you book.
A clear floor space of roughly 2m x 2m is sufficient for most treatments. A bedroom or living room works well. We bring a portable treatment mat and all necessary equipment. The room doesn't need any special preparation — just good lighting and enough space to lie or sit comfortably.
Yes. All our practitioners hold Level 3/4 laser and IPL qualifications, have completed manufacturer certification on our specific device, and carry full professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We comply with all relevant UK laser safety standards and local authority requirements.
Course packages are paid upfront and represent a saving of 15–20% over individual session prices. They are valid for 12 months from the date of your first session. You'll be contacted after each session to schedule the next one at the optimal interval. If you complete your course and feel you need a top-up, we provide one complimentary session.
We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a £25 fee to cover travel costs. We understand that things come up — if you have exceptional circumstances, just let us know and we'll always try to be flexible.
We currently cover Didsbury, Hale, Altrincham, Chorlton, Wilmslow, Bramhall, Heald Green, Cheadle, Sale and Knutsford.
